QCUSD school board schedules a special meeting for April 28

The Queen Creek Unified School District Governing Board will be holding a special school boarding meeting at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, at the Queen Creek Unified School District Governing Board conference room, 20217 E. Chandler Heights Road in Queen Creek.

The agenda for the special meeting include:

  • The governing board discussing candidates related to the position of the district superintendent

Executive session

The board may move into executive session for the purpose of:

-Discussion candidates related to the position of district superintendent

a. Vote to convene in executive session

b. Reconvene regular session

  • The governing board will discuss and may consider approval to enter into contract negotiations with a specific candidate for the position of district superintendent
  • Possible discussion of announcements:

-May 5: Retirement reception – 4:30 p.m. at QCUSD office

-May 5: Regular meeting – 7 p.m. at QCUSD office

-May 19: Study session – 4:30 p.m. at QCUSD office

-May 19: Regular meeting – 6 p.m. at QCUSD office

-June 15: Special session – Board retreat
