Area businesses network at QC chamber luncheon

Representatives from members of the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce networked at the monthly chamber luncheon held Nov. 10 at the Queen Creek Branch Library, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road in downtown Queen Creek.

The guest speaker was Carl Forkner, who presented information on social media security.

The spotlight business sponsor was Green QC Mom, whose owner, Dawn Oliphant, above left, explained her products to Jake Angel from Angel Air Cooling and Heating. Thai Chili prepared the lunch.

In addition, attendees were able to enter a drawing for prizes donated by Queen Creek Marketplace and the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley Independent newspaper. Above left, Chris Clark, chamber president/CEO, presents Joel Harris from Sterling Services his prize of four ads from the Independent.

The next chamber luncheon is scheduled for noon-1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, at the library.
