Nando’s Mexican Cafe, Pei Wei ribbon-cutting events planned by Queen Creek chamber

The Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce is hosting ribbon-cutting ceremonies for Nando’s Mexican Cafe, March 5, and Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, March 22.

For both Queen Creek restaurants, officials are to cut the ribbon just before the restaurant doors open at 1t 11 a.m., according to a release.

The Nando’s Mexican Cafe event is 10:45 a.m.-noon Tuesday, March 5, at 20734 E. Victoria Lane.

Nando’s Mexican Cafe offers breakfast, lunch and dinner items, including albondiga chipotle soup, Alfredo’s green chile pork, fajitas, enchiladas and the el jefe chimichanga. Go to nandosmexicancafe.com.

The Pei Wei event is 10:45 a.m.-noon Friday, March 22, at 21051 S. Ellsworth Loop Road No. Suite No. 101.

Menu offerings at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen include wok classics featuring rice, noodle and salad bowls along with lighter options such as lettuce wraps and sushi. Dishes are easily customized for a variety of palates and diets, including gluten-friendly and vegetarian. Go to peiwei.com.
