The pole dance studio Express MiE is hosting a free open house for the Queen Creek community from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7. The studio offers sensual pole dancing workouts for the everyday woman, according to a press release. The studio will be open to meet the women of Queen Creek, share their Pole-Ah-Tease workouts and dance demos.

“We believe all women should feel beautiful, worthy and strong, just as they are,” owner Laura Czarzasty said in the release. “Dance can be an important part of that journey. We’re excited to offer our sensual workouts in Queen Creek and connect with the ladies here.”

Express MiE has been operating in Tempe since 2009. The studio works to dispel the myth that sexiness only applies to a certain type of woman, according to the release. The teachers, as well as the students, indicate a wide range of body type, ages and backgrounds.

“This is truly a workout for every woman,” Ms. Czarzasty said. “Our mission is to take the intimidation out of it, and make this a fun, sexy workout that gives women confidence, and yes, maybe an extra sexy feeling.”

Ms. Czarzasty’s has a background as a master yoga teacher and corporate events manager.

“I had no skill at dancing when I started,” she said, “but Pole-Ah-Tease has helped me become more confident and go after my goals, of all kinds from fitness, to business.”

Express MiE is at 18914 E. San Tan Blvd. Suite 128  in Queen Creek. For more information, call 480-626-5973 or e-mail
