PCSO: Glider crashes near Ironwood, Germann roads

Just after 2 p.m. Saturday, March 5, a motorized glider crashed in the desert south and west of Ironwood and Germann roads in San Tan Valley, according to a post on the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page

The 45-year-old male pilot sustained leg injuries and was expected to survive the crash.

No other information was released.
