Circle Cross Ranch awarded $5,000 grant from Dbacks

On Nov. 19, Circle Cross Ranch kindergarten through eighth S.T.E.M. Academy was awarded a $5,000 dollar grant from the Arizona Diamondbacks, “for the “Building a STEM Program” project. In addition to the funding, we would like to invite you and your school to be honored prior to a 2016 Arizona Diamondbacks game at Chase Field. You will receive up to 1,000 complimentary tickets for your students, teachers, families and supporters to attend this presentation.”

This money will be used by Principal, Rebecca Hendry, to purchase much needed S.T.E.M. supplies for the whole school to use. Circle Cross Ranch kindergarten through eighth grade S.T.E.M. School earned their full S.T.E.M. Accreditation over the summer and is one of two signature schools in the Florence Unified School District.

“Join us in congratulating the Circle Cross Ranch K-8 S.T.E.M. Academy on earning this much needed grant. This funding is extremely important for CCR and their S.T.E.M. Curriculum.” Dr. Fuller, FUSD superintendent of schools said in the release.
