Name: Mary Joy Bell

Age: 11

Town/Neighborhood: Queen Creek.

When I moved here:  January 2015; I have also lived in San Tan Valley 2006-2012.

What I like most about living here: We have our own pool and playground, and we are near school, my dance studio, and the park.

What I do: 6th grade student at Eduprize a school Queen Creek, Eduprize cheerleader, competitive dancer, acting, modeling, pageants.

What I like most about what I do: I love dance and I’m training to be a professional dancer. 

Changes I’d like to see in this area: I would love more shopping and more plants in QC.

Favorite community cause & why: Children’s Miracle Network because I like helping other children.

My family: Mom Traci, Dad Rick, little sister Anna Grace, and my 4 cats. 

My interests and hobbies: Dance, cheer, acting, modeling, art.

The trait(s) I admire in others: I admire helpfulness, good citizenship, fairness, and kindness.

People who inspired me (and how): my dance teachers, my school teachers, my pageant coaches, my parents. 

My guiding philosophy: Be positive and let your light shine. 

What pageant system do you compete for: Cinderella Scholarship Pageant.

Why do you enjoy pageants: I like meeting new people from other places. I also learn to speak with people and to not be shy on stage.

What is your talent: Dance.

What is your favorite part about competing in pageants: I like being on stage. 

What community service aspects do you like to participate in: Children’s Miracle Network and volunteering at church.
