Officials and staff members from the town of Queen Creek are in the early stages of creating a Transportation Master Plan. The document will help shape the town’s future, and they say resident input is crucial to the success of the plan.
To gather feedback, the town is conducting a brief survey during the planning process to better understand the needs of the community.
The survey is available online through Dec. 20.
The town is also in the process of designing or constructing various transportation projects, approved as part of the capital improvement program. Current projects in construction include:
•Rittenhouse Road from Sossaman Road to Queen Creek Marketplace
•Ocotillo Road from Power Road to Recker Road
While the town continues to work toward its Better Roads Ahead program through the current CIP, residents are encouraged to help shape future projects through the online survey.
