The town of Queen Creek will conduct a live question-and-answer event on Facebook Tuesday, July 28, to discuss residential and commercial growth throughout the community. The 30-minute session will begin at 6:30 p.m. on the town’s Facebook page. Residents are invited to ask questions of Queen Creek Economic Development Director Doreen Cott or to follow the conversation online, according to a press release.

With various new businesses under construction in the Town Center and more on the horizon, the Queen Creek Economic Development Department is an essential component of attracting and retaining that commercial growth, according to the release.

“We are excited about the development happening in Queen Creek, especially in the Town Center,” Ms. Cott said in the release. “I am looking forward to the live Q&A as an opportunity for residents to ask questions in a forum that is convenient for them. We want our residents to stay informed about what is happening and to share in our excitement.”

Questions will be taken live on the town’s Facebook page. Every question may not be answered due to time constraints. This Q&A will give residents the opportunity to ask questions as well as get information about how the economic development department works.

This is the second live Q&A hosted by the town. The concept was introduced May 27, when the public was able to ask questions live on Facebook of Queen Creek Public Works Director Troy White.
