The agritainment area of Queen Creek is continuing to grow, offering many fun and exciting events for residents and visitors. Accessing the southeastern portion of the town may be challenging in October with an increased amount of traffic due to events and construction in the area.

The routes depicted on the map are suggested for Schnepf Farms’ Pumpkin and Chili Festival and the Queen Creek Olive Mill’s Olivepalooza Harvest Party.

The Pumpkin and Chili Festival at Schnepf Farms begins on Saturday, Oct. 1 and takes place every Thursday through Sunday throughout October. Visit www.schnepffarms.com for more information about the event.

The Olivepalooze Harvest Party at the Olive Mill is from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5. Visit www.queencreekolivemill.com for more information.

Construction projects in the area include: Ocotillo Road from Ellsworth Loop to Heritage Loop. Lane shifts with speed reductions are in place for utility relocation along Ocotillo Road from Ellsworth Loop to Heritage Loop. Left turns are restricted from Ocotillo Road at the intersection of Ellsworth Road.
