The town of Queen Creek has issued a Request for Proposal for the development of office space on two town-owned sites in Queen Creek’s Town Center. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to lease or purchase, and develop the sites, which are conveniently located in the heart of Queen Creek.

Submittals are due by 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 30.

A pre-proposal meeting for the RFP will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, at the Queen Creek Town Hall, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road. For additional information regarding the RFP, visit QueenCreek.org.

The first site is approximately 7 acres on the southeast corner of Ellsworth Loop and Victoria Lane. The second site is just over 2 acres on Ellsworth Loop Road north of the Queen Creek Post Office. General office space is the desired primary use, with local retail or restaurant components as secondary or ancillary uses.

The town of Queen Creek is a growing community with nearly 34,000 residents, according to a press release. Town Center serves as the commercial, cultural and civic core of the community. It is envisioned to be a vibrant community that serves as a gathering place for residents, and an economic engine for business development.
