(Map/Town of Queen Creek)

Five projects will affect traffic along town streets next week and beyond, Queen Creek officials have announced.

  1. Riggs Road eastbound and westbound lane shifts will be required from Power to Hawes roads for roadway improvements, 24 hours a day.
  2. Power Road northbound and southbound lane shifts will occur between Ocotillo Road and Brooks Farms for road improvements, 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. through Friday, Feb. 1.
  3. Rittenhouse Road northbound shoulder work will take place between Combs Road and the railroad spur crossing for roadway widening, 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. through Monday Feb. 18.
  4. Utility work will cause northbound and southbound lane shifts along Ocotillo Road between Signal Butte Road and 226th Street, 24 hours daily through Wednesday, Jan. 30.
  5. There will be northbound lane closures and flagging operation on northbound Victoria Lane between Estrella Road and 202nd Place for utility work, 8:30 a.m.-4p.m. Monday-Thursday, Jan. 21-24.

Due to the nature of the work, according to town officials, dates and times are subject to change without notice. They also advise caution and for drivers to obey all signs and personnel directing traffic.
