Town to host Transportation Master Plan open house Feb. 24

The town of Queen Creek will host an open house from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 24  to share information with the community about existing transportation conditions and seek resident input on future transportation needs. The event will take place at Queen Creek Town Hall, in the Founders Room, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road.

The town is in the early stages of creating a Transportation Master Plan, and resident input is crucial to the success of the plan. Attendees will have the opportunity to help shape Queen Creek’s future as it relates to transportation, providing information regarding vehicular travel, bicycle facilities, pedestrian facilities, and public transit. The open house format allows residents to come and go as they please during the hour and a half timeframe.

Residents who are unable to attend can provide feedback through an online survey. The survey is available online at QCTMP.com.

Investing in Queen Creek creates a stronger community. For more information about the open house, call the project hotline at 480-898-4090 or visit QueenCreekProjects.com. For details about the Town of Queen Creek’s capital improvement program, visit QueenCreek.org/BetterRoadsAhead.
