Queen Creek traffic restrictions listed through July 31

Local traffic restrictions include:
•Rittenhouse Road from Sossaman Road to Hawes Road: Southbound/eastbound shoulder closure is in place 24 hours a day through July 31 on Rittenhouse Road for utility work.
•Rittenhouse Road from Manzanita Road to Hawes Road: Northbound/westbound and southbound/eastbound shoulder closures are in place 6 a.m.-4 p.m. through June 17 on Rittenhouse Road for utility work.
•Ellsworth Loop Road (Ellsworth Road South to Queen Creek Road), Rittenhouse Road (Hawes Road to Village Loop Road North) and 196th Street (Chandler Heights Road to Ocotillo Road): Various lane closures and mobile operations are in place through May 29 along Ellsworth Loop Road and Rittenhouse Road for pavement marking removal, repaving of the roadway and restriping of lane lines. Lane closures are in place during non-peak hours (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) and striping removal is in place during non-peak hours (9 p.m.-5 a.m.). Caution: Lane lines will temporarily be removed for as long as 72 hours until new pavement and new striping are placed.

Work outside town limits
Hunt Highway: Pinal County Public Works continues with construction on the Hunt Highway Phase II Improvements. Work consists of widening the roadway between Thompson Road and Mountain Vista Boulevard, installation of new traffic signal at the intersection of Village Lane and rehabilitation of the existing pavement section between Mountain Vista Boulevard and Gary Road.
