Queen Creek Splash Pad to close May 9-13 for repairs

The town of Queen Creek Splash Pad will be closed Monday, May 9, through Friday, May 13, for maintenance and safety repairs. The maintenance and repairs require the area to remain completely dry.

The water attraction is one of many amenities at Founders’ Park, 22407 S. Ellsworth Road. The surfacing that reduces the risk for slips and fall will be repaired in addition to the dump bucket.

Safety is the town’s priority, according to a press release; the patience of residents during the repairs is appreciated.

The splash pad opened March 7 for the season, which continues through the end of October, according to the town’s website. Admission is free.

The hours are 9 a.m.-7 p.m. May-August and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. September-October. No lifeguard is on duty.

Queen Creek Splash Pad opens for the spring/summer season

The town of Queen Creek’s splash pad opened Monday, March 7, for the spring/summer season. The operating hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through April, and will expand to 9 a.m. to 7 p.m on May 1 .

Queen Creek’s splash pad is in Founders Park in Town Center, 22407 S. Ellsworth Road. The popular amenity showcases 4,100 square feet of water features including water cannons, spray rings, dumping buckets, a custom Queen Creek water tower and new shade structures.
